Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

This policy explains how Peak Online Strength – International (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal information when you visit pos-int.store or buy from us. We are the data controller for this information. If you have any questions, email enquiries@pos-int.store.

1. What we collect

  • Order and account details: your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number (optional), order history and any notes you add at checkout.
  • Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card or bank details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our website. We only see limited information such as the card type, the last four digits and whether the payment succeeded.
  • Messages: anything you send us through our contact form or by email.
  • Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe to our emails.
  • Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, and how you arrived at our site (for example a search engine or social media link).

2. How we use it

  • To take, process, deliver and support your orders, including returns and refunds (necessary to perform our contract with you).
  • To answer your questions and messages (our legitimate interest in providing customer service).
  • To prevent fraud and keep the site secure (our legitimate interests and legal obligations).
  • To keep financial records for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
  • To send you marketing emails, only if you have subscribed (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

3. Who we share it with

We only share what each party needs to do its job:

  • Stripe and its payment partners (such as Klarna, Clearpay and Amazon Pay, if you choose them) to take payments and prevent fraud.
  • Our suppliers and delivery couriers, who receive your name, delivery address and phone number so they can dispatch and deliver your order. Many of our products are sent directly from the brand’s own warehouse.
  • Our website host and email service providers, who store and send data on our behalf.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

We never sell your personal information. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use:

  • Essential cookies to run your basket, checkout and account login. The site cannot work without these.
  • Payment and security cookies set by Stripe to process payments safely and prevent fraud.
  • Order source cookies that record how you found our site (for example from a search engine or social media), so we can see which channels lead to orders.

We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies from third parties. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, such as the basket, may stop working.

5. How long we keep it

  • Order and payment records: 6 years, as required for tax purposes.
  • Your account: until you ask us to delete it.
  • Contact messages: up to 2 years.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another provider. To make a request, email enquiries@pos-int.store. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
