Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

1. Delivery charges

Your delivery charge is shown at checkout once you enter your postcode. Digital gift cards are sent by email and have no delivery charge.

2. Dispatch and delivery times

If your item is in stock, we usually dispatch it within 3 working days of your payment being confirmed. Delivery to the UK mainland normally takes up to 3 working days after dispatch. Remote and offshore areas may take a little longer.

If you pay by Direct Debit, your order is dispatched once the payment has cleared, which usually takes a few working days.

Many of our products are sent directly from the brand’s own warehouse, so items in one order may arrive separately.

3. Tracking

You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 5 working days of placing your order, please email enquiries@pos-int.store and we will look into it.

If your order is going to be delayed, we will contact you to let you know and discuss your options.

4. Pre-orders and backorders

Estimated delivery times for pre-order and backorder items are shown on the product page. Payment is taken when you order, and we will keep you updated until your item is dispatched.

5. Receiving your delivery

Please check your items when they arrive. If anything looks damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery. If you notice damage after accepting it, email clear photos to enquiries@pos-int.store as soon as possible. See our Refund & Returns Policy for more details.
