These terms apply when you use pos-int.store or buy from us. Please read them before placing an order. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About us
This website is run by Peak Online Strength – International (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at enquiries@pos-int.store.
We are an authorised UK reseller of fitness and wellbeing equipment. We are not the manufacturer of the brands we sell. Products are supplied through our approved suppliers and brand partners.
2. Products
We do our best to make sure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate. Many are provided by the manufacturer, so small differences in colour, finish or packaging may occur. If anything is unclear, please contact us before ordering.
3. Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are added at checkout as explained in our Shipping Policy. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
If we find that a product was listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
4. Your order
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract between you and us is formed when your payment has been successfully taken and your order is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a payment is not confirmed. If this happens, we will refund anything you have paid.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Depending on your order, you can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Clearpay or Direct Debit.
Direct Debit payments are made from a UK bank account and usually take a few working days to clear. Orders paid by Direct Debit are dispatched once the payment has cleared. Direct Debits are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, which is provided to you when you set up the payment. Klarna and Clearpay are provided by those companies under their own terms, and any credit is subject to their approval.
6. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy.
7. Warranties and faulty goods
Where a product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, the details are shown on the product page. You also have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
8. Price Match Promise
If you find the same product in stock for less from an authorised UK retailer, contact us before you order. We will review it and match the price where we can. We may ask for evidence, and the decision to match is ours.
9. Gift cards
- Gift cards are digital and are sent by email to the recipient.
- They can only be used on pos-int.store and have no cash value.
- They cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned once issued, except where the law requires.
- They do not expire unless stated at the time of purchase.
- Please make sure the recipient’s email address is correct. We are not responsible for gift cards sent to an incorrect email address entered at checkout.
Discounts are applied automatically at checkout or with a promo code on selected items. Offers are valid for a limited time and, unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other promotions. Returns of discounted items follow our standard Refund & Returns Policy, and refunds are for the amount you actually paid.
11. Business orders
These terms apply to consumer purchases. Trade and commercial orders may be subject to separate terms.
12. Using our website and equipment safely
Information on this website, including training guides, is general information only and is not medical or professional advice. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions when assembling and using equipment, and speak to a qualified professional before starting a new exercise programme.
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses caused by misuse of products or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
13. Intellectual property
The content of this website belongs to us or our suppliers and brand partners. Brand names and logos are the property of their owners. You may not copy or reuse content from this site without permission.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
15. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
